AMTI Acquires Additional Design and Manufacturing Operations
Lynchburg, VA. - Lynchburg, VA - AMTI has acquired all product lines and operations from Microwave Circuits, Inc. (MCI) headquartered in Lynchburg, Virginia. MCI is an industry-leading provider of an extensive range of high performance RF/Microwave filters, diplexers and duplexers. The company has served the defense and aerospace and high reliability commercial markets as well as the scientific and research communities, for over a decade.

A team from MCI in Lynchburg and Beltsville, Maryland will join the staff of AMTI, the latter remaining in their present location.
