In addition to our fully equipped manufacturing plant, AMTI has recently added new equipment that gives us the ability to place fine pitch parts more accurately, giving us a more robust manufacturing process and the latest technology used in electronics manufacturing today.

Mydata Synergy Line - Fully automated and conveyorized, placement rate of 42,000 components per hour, placement accuracy of 15 microns. Capable of mounting components from 01005 package size to 56mm square. Line consists of Simplimatic Magazine loaders, MPM Accuflex Screenprinter, MY9 & MY12 placement machines with Hydra heads and tray exchanger, 10 zone Vitronics XPM3 reflow oven. Nitrogen capable with 3 additional cooling zones.
